Forth House Caravan Site Pitch Fees

Forth House Caravan Site 2026 Pitch Fees:

  • Motorhomes and Caravans on fully serviced "super" hard standing pitches (approx. 7m x 10m) are charged at £33 per night, allowing for a single awning and up to two adults, one dog, one vehicle and includes access to a single power supply, drinking water tap and grey waste outlet.

  • Tents (small, medium or large) and Campervans on fully serviced grass pitches (max 6m x 10m incl. guy ropes) are charged at £33 per night allowing for up to two adults, one dog, one vehicle and includes access to a single power supply. 

  • Tents (small, medium or large) and Campervans on electric only grass pitches (max 6m x 10m incl, guy ropes) are charged at £33 per night allowing for up to two adults, one dog, and one vehicle.  Drinking water is nearby. 

  • Tents (small or medium) and Campervans on unserviced grass pitches (max 5m x 6m incl. guy ropes) are charged at £30 per night and allows for up to two adults, one dog and one vehicle. Drinking water is nearby.

  • Backpackers arriving on foot, bike or motorbike with a small backpacker style tent (max. occupancy 2) without access to power, are charged at £20 per night.

Online bookings are encouraged, where additional options (occupants, dogs and vehicles) can be added.

Only one unit (caravan, motorhome, campervan, tent, trailer tent or rooftop tent) is permitted per pitch. 

All campers have access to on-site toilets, showers, dishwashing, reliable Wi-Fi and service points at no extra charge.

If your booking attracts any additional loadings or your full set up (incl. vehicle) exceeds the pitch size, please let us know in advance so we can advise on availability and associated pitch fees. Occupancy must not exceed the registered occupancy number the unit is designed to occupy. Unfortunately pitch fees or electrical design/infrastructure does not allow for the charging of electric vehicles.

CANCELLATIONS

Notice given of 7 days or more will receive a refund minus 20% (minimum £5 charge). Notice given of less than 7 days will receive a 50% refund. All bookings must be paid in full 7 days before date of arrival. Unfortunately no refunds will be provided for cancellations on the day of arrival.  

We do not accommodate group bookings.

Commercial vehicles are not permitted.
